Post Roles Policy

1. Scope and Purpose

This Post Roles Policy governs all content posted on Backlist24, including advertisements, images, videos, and any supplementary text or links provided by users ("Posts"). The purpose of this policy is to ensure a trustworthy, respectful, and secure community, protect users from deceptive or harmful content, and maintain consistency with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By posting on our platform, you agree to fully comply with the following rules.

2. General Guidelines

• Accuracy and Relevance - All Posts must provide truthful, accurate, and clear representations of the goods, services, or opportunities being offered. Misleading, false, or deceptive content is strictly prohibited.
• Proper Categorization - Posts must be placed in the correct category. Cross-posting the same content in multiple unrelated categories or subverting the system by posting in an incorrect category is not allowed.
• Content Ownership - You affirm that you either own the intellectual-property rights to the content you post or have secured all necessary permissions. Any infringing content will be removed promptly.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following types of content and behavior are strictly forbidden. Violations may result in immediate removal of the Post, suspension of posting privileges, and, in severe or repeated cases, account termination.

a. Inappropriate Imagery and Media

• Nudity and Explicit Imagery - Posts containing overtly nude or sexually explicit images (beyond what is approved in designated adult categories) will be deleted.
• Scam or Misleading Visuals - Any Post featuring images that include scam reports or indicators of fraudulent activity is subject to removal.

b. Improper Use of Titles and Branding

• Impersonation or Unauthorized Naming - The title of any Post must not replicate or mimic the name of another website, app, brand, or trademark unless expressly authorized.
• Use of Prohibited or Inflammatory Language - Titles or text that include crime-related terms, slurs, derogatory language, or any explicit content intended to incite violence or hatred are strictly disallowed.

c. Misuse of Links and External Content

• Unauthorized External Linking - Any Post that includes links directing users to external body content that circumvents our review process or violates our standards will result in removal of the Post and may trigger an account ban.

d. Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices

• Scam Reports and User Reports - If a Post receives one or more scam reports from users or moderators, it will be deleted immediately. Repeat reports or patterns of deceptive behavior may lead to account suspension or banning.

e. Prohibited Keywords and Phrases

Posts containing any of the following (or similar) terms are forbidden; inclusion in any part of the Post is grounds for immediate removal or penalty:

f. Location Authenticity and Cross-Border Posting

• Same-Country Requirement - The individual posting must be physically present in the country where the advertisement is listed.
• Inter-Country Posts - Posting from one country to another is only permitted for registered companies, organizations, or institutions that can supply valid corporate documentation upon request. Individual users cannot post cross-border ads.
• State/City Accuracy - A Post must originate from—and accurately reflect—the specific state or city where the poster is located. Creating a listing for a different state or city is prohibited. Violations may lead to post removal, flags, or account suspension.

g. Real Contact Information

• Posts must display a genuine, traceable phone or mobile number owned by the poster.
• Use of virtual, VoIP, or disposable numbers (e.g., Google Voice, TextNow, TextPlus, or similar services) is strictly prohibited.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

a. Automated and Manual Reviews

Posts are subject to both automated filtering and manual review by our moderation team. If a Post is flagged by users, moderators, or automated systems, a review will be conducted promptly.

b. Sanctions for Violations

• Post Removal - Any Post in violation will be removed immediately without prior notice.
• Account Suspension - A first or minor offense may result in temporary suspension of posting privileges.
• Permanent Ban - Repeated or egregious violations of the policy may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
• Banning Based on Title - If the title of a Post violates these rules (e.g., by including disallowed terms or imitating other brands), the Post will be removed and the responsible account may be banned.

c. Appeal Process

Users may appeal any enforcement action by submitting a detailed explanation to [email protected] within 14 days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, decisions made by our moderation team are final when they align with this policy.

5. Updates and Modifications

Backlist24 reserves the right to modify this Post Roles Policy at any time to address emerging risks, legal changes, or community needs. Any changes will be communicated via an updated effective date and, if necessary, a direct notification to affected users. Continued posting on the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
